The main components of the maais architecture consist of three pure Azure resources.
Azure Postgres database
Azure OpenAI instance
Azure Web App
All resources are located within a VNet and, except for the Web App, have no publicly accessible endpoints. The Web App has DDoS protection and a Web Application Firewall (WAF) in place, protecting against attacks and unauthorized access from outside.
Enrichment with Company-Specific Data
A crucial aspect of customizing chatbots is enriching them with company-specific data.
maais offers two methods, depending on the purpose and format of the raw data.
Preparation Approach: Here, raw data is manually segmented into logical segments using a tool and then uploaded.
Mass Data Approach: Here, raw data is uploaded. Depending on the query to the bot, the data is then automatically segmented and provided.
